Nevel - Fabel

Barrel-aged wild ale with white peaches. Fabel is a whisper, a playful gust in the city making its way across a busy market square, picking up the scents of cookies, apricots and burnt sugar. Biodynamic peaches give soft and warm fruity notes, while a hint of barrel wood vanilla wanders through the beer. Its full, creamy mouthfeel is underlined by locally grown heirloom grains from the Doornik nature fields near our brewery. The calm balance between sour and bitter notes invites you to pour another glass. Fabel was taken from a single barrel that was aged for 19 months.
