Nevel - Ieder

Barrel-aged wild beer with elderflower and muscaris grapes. A flowery, tart beer from a single barrel, which has aged for 19 months. Ieder is specially made for our 2021 subscribers. The elderflower gives it a sweet appearance and the lovely scents of flowers make it very accessible. The deep sour flavors of the long ripening and the muscaris grapes provide a complex and long finish.
