Nevel - IJver

Wild blond beer with local summer honey. Crisp and thirstquenching with notes of vanilla and apple. The honey was collected at organic beekeeper De Oase. From the polders of Ooij near Nijmegen, we used last summer's honey. Best served with fresh spring dishes or enjoyed on its own in the spring sun.
