Nevel Artisan Ales - Loof

Pours clear golden with a lasting, small, unstable, frothy, white head; little lacing. Aroma of hay, straw, yellow apple, unripe pear, yeast, white bread, sourdough, lemon. Taste is medium funky sour, straw & hay lying in the cellar, yeasty touch; light fruity sweet notes of pear, apple, apricot on a bready malty base, supplemented by faint woody & grassy bitter accents.
