Nevel - Tegendraads

Barrel aged hybride of beer and cider - collab with Elegast Cider. Tegendraads is a graff: a hybride of beer and cider. This collaboration with Elegast is made in two editions. We made one at our, they made one at their cidery. For this version we used the Nevel house culture after which we put the graff on oak barrels for 7 months. We dry-hopped the beer with Saaz. This surprising hybrid is exactly on the border between cider and beer. In your nose you can smell floral tones and apple. In its finish it's malty and lovely hoppy.
