Nevel - Waan

Waan - Barrel-aged Golden Sour. Waan is our first collab with brewery Frontaal, a wine-like blend that was carefully assembled from young and old barrel-aged beers. The wild yeasts in this blend have created fruity aromas of white grapes, ripe mango and passionfruit, lending sweetish notes to this lightly tart beer. Waan has a mild minerality that is reminiscent of white wine, paired with hints of barnyard and a malty finish. Enjoy at a slow pace, to escape the issues of the day. 5.3% ABV.
