Nevel - Wijze

Wijze is a collab between Nevel Wild Ales and 't Zotte Lemke. Working together always results in new and creative beers. So does this cross between a weizen and a wild beer with a modern twist. Wise is a wild weizen(-ish) brewed with oats and dry-hopped with local cascade hops. A bitter beer with a fruity touch from the hops and a funky finish from the wild yeasts. Feel free to let this beer age for a unique flavour development.
