Beer description
New Construction Options is a big, fruity and smooth DIPA with low to moderate bitterness and a soft full mouthfeel. It is a New England style DIPA built on an all malt backbone supported with masses of Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic hops. When all this is fermented with 2 yeast strains it produces a very hazy and very drinkable beer.
