Beer description
Mercator is brewed with Pils, caramel and wheat malt as well as plenty of organic cane sugar and seasoned with sage, mint and Styrian Golding. The result is a slightly burgundy golden ale with a beautiful white head of foam, which makes clear the idea of the Belgian models. An easily drinkable, yet strong-tasting beer that tastes especially like sage. Mercator is a great companion for the Easter meal with lamb and chicken. Mercator is named after a Belgian tree bark that has explored the Easter Island. brought home two of the famous Moai statues.
