A cream ale with spelt ?
In contrast to the classic Cream Ale from America, I use spelt instead of corn, which gives the beer a very special note. The foam is nice and stable and the taste is balanced with a hint of hops and a mild wheat touch.
For the optimal taste experience, I recommend enjoying the spelt ale at fridge temperature from a craft beer glass. It goes perfectly with light starters and not too spicy main courses.
Aber süffiges Bier. Lecker und mit dezenten Aromen. Ein wenig mehr Würze würde dem Bier sicher nochmal nen Schub nach vorn verpassen. Ein solides, leckeres Bier.
