Olli´s Craft Beer - Nieder-Weiseler Dinkel Ale

A cream ale with spelt ? In contrast to the classic Cream Ale from America, I use spelt instead of corn, which gives the beer a very special note. The foam is nice and stable and the taste is balanced with a hint of hops and a mild wheat touch. For the optimal taste experience, I recommend enjoying the spelt ale at fridge temperature from a craft beer glass. It goes perfectly with light starters and not too spicy main courses.
