India Pale Ale has become a better-known variety. The special feature is the stronger hopping and the use of aromatic hop varieties. My IPA is also cold-hopped.
Cold hopping during secondary fermentation intensifies the aroma and gives the beer a very special note. It is best enjoyed between 9°C and 12°C in a special IPA glass.
The hop aromas come out wonderfully at slightly higher temperatures.
It goes very well with spicy main courses. Of course, it also goes well with vegetarian dishes.
It also goes very well with a fruity, sweet dessert. This rounds off the tartness of the beer well.
Fruchtig, zitroniges IPA. Schöne Farbe mit feinporigem Schaum. Riecht intensiver als es dann wirklich schmeckt. Ein recht mildes, aber süffiges IPA, ideal für „IPA-Einsteiger“.
