Kackelbryggeriet - Nighting Ale IPA

The nightingale is a noisy nocturnal scavenger. which really deserves its title as the landscape animal of Öland. Like a summer islander it appears just as the orchids have begun to bloom and leaves the island as early as August. Malty, fruity flavor with clear bitterness, hints of kavring, dried fruit, crackers, citrus peel and herbs. Serve at 8-10°C as a social drink or with pork or lamb dishes.
