Beer description
This is first exploration into vegan friendly stout territory. We’ve left out the lactose, thrown in a lot more oats and mashed at a higher temperature to retain more sweetness (create more unfermentable sugars). The results are a rich, smooth and creamy dark stout. Smooth flavours on the palate of milky coffees dunked with biscottie and malted milk biscuits with just a hint of aero chocolate on the back-note.
