Latest session NEIPA. Soft and pillowy with thanks to all the oats used in the brew and packed full of tropical flavours thanks to the 15.5kl of DD hops we’ve indulged in (Citra, Mosaic & Simcoe). Ripe Mango, juicy Jaffa oranges & Pineapple on the nose and palate with bright hits of pink grapefruit and lemon/lime zest on the back-notes. This one really is a tropical mash up, left naturally hazy and unfined and unfiltered.
