Nils Oscar Kellerbier is a light unfiltered stock where the malt is allowed to play a clear lead role. The malt used comes from the Balder barley variety, which in the 1940s was named one of the most qualitative and flavorful malt barley varieties on the market by the Swedish Brewery Association.
