Ninkasi Fabriques - NEIPA

A fruity, low-bitter NEIPA brewed with 100% French Elixir hops! Between the ultra-velvety texture that comes from the unmalted cereals and the large quantity of hops, and the taste with notes of fruit (tropical and peach), Ninkasi NEIPA almost resembles a fruit juice. This beer has body, which gives it a juicy side that's not unpleasant! For the choice of hops, our brewers opted for Elixir, a double dry hopping Alsatian hop, so twice as many hops for twice as much aroma, but with no bitterness.
