Imperial Stout w/ Ghanaian Cacao Nibs, Ceylon Cinnamon, Madagascan Vanilla Beans & Chili Peppers brewed in collaboration w/ Barncat Artisan Ales We conditioned this big chewy imperial stout base on Ghanaian cacao nibs, Ceylon cinnamon, hand processed Madagascar vanilla beans and a blend of dried Ancho and Guajillo peppers. We get big flavours of rich chocolate fudge and and freshly cut vanilla beans upfront balanced by earthy floral Ceylon cinnamon and leathery smokey peppers with a touch of chili heat on the finish. If you like Mexican hot chocolate we think we nailed this one. Please keep cold and drink this beer fresh for optimal enjoyment!
