Noi Selvaggio

Strong Ale of spontaneous fermentation in wine barrels, with cherries. It brings light turbidity, dark amber appearance and strong effervescence. It has a woody, fruity and vinous aroma, as well as a palate with hints of caramel, pronounced and spicy bitterness, balanced acidity and light heating.
