Noon Whistle Brewing - Hop Prism Opal

This American IPA was brewed in collaboration with our good friends at Binny’s, and we packed it with a radiant lineup of hops. Riwaka brings bold grapefruit and passionfruit with a touch of earthiness, while Vic Secret adds bright pineapple, pine, and a hint of herb. Galaxy hits with juicy peach, citrus, and tropical vibes, and Nectaron bursts with pineapple, stone fruit, and fresh citrus. Finally, Dynaboost Mosaic rounds it out with a dynamic boost of berry, tangerine, and resin. The result is a wildly aromatic IPA with layers of ripe tropical fruit, juicy peach, zesty citrus, and a touch of that classic IPA pine and dankness.
