Beer description
It is no coincidence that ordinary Copenhageners have always called a bottle of beer a "baker". For it was precisely with dark, fermented Bavarian lager that Danish brewing history started in the mid-1800s, decades before the lighter beer of beer came to the country.
Old Copenhagen is a classic Bavarian lager beer on new bottles, brewed with respect for the traditions, but 100% organic Danish malt. Golden reddish brown in color due to the use of the Munich malt type, which is more caramelized than the usual mushroom malt. Dark-toned, round and delicate in a flavor that gives way to the malts and is nowhere near as hops as a typical pilsner.
