When collaborating with Põhjala from Estonia, there is only one style that can be brewed together. Known for their delicious porters and stouts, they have ventured to the dark side and created a decadent Imperial Stout with Amburana wood and roasted coconut. The Amburana Cearensis tree, native to South America, is known for its unique aroma with notes of cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg. The brewery has allowed this deliciously smooth and juicy stout to circulate over the Amburana wood to complement the complex malt base and enhance the flavors of these warming spices with notes of syrup and chocolate.
