Beer description
Northbound and Down...well worth the trip! We selected fresh Amarillo hops from our friends at Puterbaugh Farms in the
Yakima Valley to brew this Fresh Hop IPA. We traveled north the morning of the brew to get the hops as soon as they were
harvested so we could get back down to the brewery to immediately get the hops in the kettle. With a focus on freshness,
this IPA offers a pleasant floral aroma of geranium and dandelion. A hint of citrus meets your taste buds, before you take
a turn and experience a sweet malt profile developed by using a grain bill focused on Vienna malts. The fresh hop
adventure will leave you with a nice floral hop profile and a delicate bitterness. Got hops, will travel!
