A pale ale in the New England style. Using Low Colour Marris Otter malt and a generous addition of oat, a low bettering addition of Junga hops, a whack of Cascade late in the boil and then tonnes of flavour and aroma from the Hop Stand additions of Citra & Mosaic hops.
