Ten Hands Brewing - Northern Lights

Northern lights, or aurora borealis, that magical show of lights that happen when energized particles from the Sun slam into earths upper atmosphere at mind boggling speeds up to 72 million km/h. This is our first hazy pale ale from our new shiny brewhouse, clocking in at a reasonable 5.2% ABV, sure to quench your thirst. Double dry hopped with Idaho 7, Mosaic and Kohatu which gives it lovely tropical fruit aromas. The beer is named Northern Lights because after the (very) long brew day our head brewer got to experience the aurora borealis on his way home for the first time, a truly magical thing. Higher bitterness than we usually do the style in, to meet the suns warmth in the spring.
