Northern Monk - 12 Anniversary

Twelve years, eh? That’s absolutely something worth celebrating! We’ve delved back into the archives for the recipes of birthday beers gone by, and brought them back up to date. At this point, it wouldn’t be a Monk DIPA without a hefty addition of Citra and Mosaic. But to guarantee saturation at every stage, we’ve also used the Hyperboost® variants from our friends at Yakima Chief. Added during early fermentation and just before packaging ensures saturation at every stage. To keep this firmly in 2025, we’ve added in recent brewhouse favourites El Dorado and Strata for a load of fresh tangerine and pineapple with a dank bite.
