Northern Monk - FRESH FROM THE OLD FLAX STORE // 12 OF 12 // HAZY PALE

The last of this year’s Fresh From releases takes its inspiration from the last berries of the summer. Using Audacia hops brings a hedgerow full of huckleberry and lingonberry notes, with a subtle background of lilac and rose. The soft berry notes are boosted by a phenomenal New Zealand Cascade, and a little edge is brought on by some Strata to round out this delicious wintery Pale Ale. This series has become a firm favourite amongst our team, and we can’t wait to share what the new year has to offer.
