t’s summertime at the Old Flax Store! Lychee, Passionfruit and Pineapple are all heavy in aroma in this deceptively complex Hazy Pale Ale, and a satisfying touch of bitterness on the back end of the flavour. This is a curious blend of UK-grown Harlequin with two Aussie classics; Topaz and Vic Secret. The malt bill lands us at the classic 5.3% ABV and gives us the classic soft texture we’ve come to expect from the team over at our original brewery site.
