Beer description
We’ve used lots of pineapple here to replicate the sharpness of a classic French Martini cocktail, topped with some raspberry puree, notes of blackcurrant and a touch of vanilla to replicate the flavour of Chambord.
Smooth, juicy with medium mouthfeel but with a zingy tang.
