Northern Monk - Patrons Project 58.03 Tula Lotay Happy Colider

A fruit-filled ode to an impending spring, Happy Collider is our latest Patrons Project release with Tula Lotay, the world-renowned artist, illustrator and founder of Thought Bubble Festival. This Fruited Smoothie IPA has a delicious balance of the juicy sweetness of strawberry and the tangy bite of blueberry, in a deep red-purple hue. Our oat-heavy base has been topped off with milk sugar to guarantee that milkshake mouthfeel. Hopped with US Mosaic and French Barbe Rouge, both of these bring their own berry notes to the beer, finished with a touch of Mosaic for just a hint of the tropical. Teaming up with Dutch beer engineers, Moersleutel, we wanted to make something that both paid homage to the bounty of winter while looking forward to the fruits of summer.
