Collaboration with Prizm Brewing Co., Superflux Beer Company A trip around The World, in Amy Hasting’s latest. This is a super tropical, richly textured and bright green(!) Global IPA at 6.7%. This beer is full of passionfruit and lychee for a full hit of tropical fruit flavours, with a subtle hint of coconut from the Pandan, as well as it’s not so subtle colour. But to keep the hoppiness up we’ve flown in Superflux from Canada and Prizm from France to celebrate their recent visits for Hop City. Both are well known for the expertly crafted hop-forwards IPAs. Between those two breweries, us and our British malts, the South American passionfruit, and the Asian pandan and lychee, this IPA really is about as global as we’ve ever achieved.
