Wild blueberry mead with forest honey. *Named Norway's best mead in 2021* Most of our products are based on extremely local ingredients. This is on another level. It's based on wild blueberries foraged locally around Sande in Vestfold, from the same forests the honey also was collected. We have fermented it to present a clean expression of wild, Norwegian blueberries. The fresh, saturated blueberry flavor in front is quickly followed by a distinct, dark and deep lingering honey character, before the tannins from the berries ties it all together.
