Nová Sladovna One Bull IPA 14% – Eldorado

Nová Sladovna use only one type of malt and one hop variety to make this special. This time we used Eldorado variety, as the name suggests. Eldorado is a young hop variety that was only introduced in 2010. It comes from the renowned hop growing area of Yakima Valley. This hop variety is characterized by the taste and aroma of tropical fruit, pear and watermelon.
