Beer description
Our first Imperial Stout, brewed with a double-mash process that pushed the wort to 24.4°P purely from malt. Built from twelve specialty malts and a blend of three yeast strains, it delivers deep layers of chocolate, roast and dark sweetness. A pure, adjunct-free stout with a full, velvety body — the first step in our developing barrel-aged stout program.
