Beer description
The Cold IPA beer style has quickly found its place in contemporary craft brewing. The high proportion of rice flakes and, in our case, top-fermentation with yeast at 15 °C, results in a beautifully clean and dry profile, on which the interplay of American Simcoe, Talus, Citra and Columbus hops stands out.
