White IPA brewed with Citra, Mosaic, and organic orange peel. A higher proportion of wheat malt lends a smooth body, while hop biotransformation creates a hazy appearance. Fermentation at elevated temperatures enhances fruity esters. The hops deliver a complex aromatic profile of tropical fruits and citrus, while the orange peel amplifies the citrusy and freshness and adds a subtle tartness.
