Maťo aka Som Pivo is a Slovak popularizer of craft beer. Together we came up with the recipe for the ideal modern IPA. The main attributes of this beer are haze, bitterness, fullness and aroma. Talus brings grapefruit and tangerine, Ekuanot follows with notes of papaya and lime.
