In our Easy Going series, we’re adding a dry-hopped sour featuring Talus and Citra hops, fermented with a blend of Philly Sour and Verdant IPA yeasts. The malt base is built on Pilsner and wheat malts, with a touch of oats for extra smoothness. The result? A refreshing, hop-forward, slightly tart beer with lemon, grapefruit, and tropical fruit notes that you’ll want to keep sipping.
