NOZIB - Waiting On The Sun

We looked for inspiration for our sour IPA in the summer drink Aperol spritz. The beer has a body built on wheat malt, rice and oatmeal, and because citrus and sourness go great together in both flavor and aroma, we hopped exclusively with Citra, added a touch of orange zest and a significant amount of rhubarb and grapefruit puree.
