Birrificio Birdó - O’ Brewery

Character O'Brewery has an amiable character. After long cold maturation it is a fresh, thirst-quenching, round, drinkable beer. In the production range it is the 'blonde' par excellence. Appearance: abundant and creamy foam, white to ivory in colour, with a fair persistence. Clear and of a brilliant golden colour. Nose: the contribution of the hops is expressed with spicy (might remind you of pepper) and earthy notes. The malty component and essential yeast work delicately complete the aromatic set with fruity hints and floral notes. In the mouth: the entrance has a hint of sweetness, but immediately gives way to a sip that is all in all streamlined.
