Beer description
This semi-sweet mead has a strong grape wine character with notes of elderberry, cherry, and grape jelly. Secondary notes of clove and allspice. Made with Cabernet Sauvignon and Concord grapes, wildflower blossom honey and a little bit of cloves, ceylon, Saigon and cassia cinnamon, and nutmeg. Aged on a blend of oak for three months.
