Oasis Texas Moontower

We brewed Moontower Black Kolsch with the cooler Austin season in mind. Moontower Black Kolsch is our take on a kolsch/schwarzbier hybrid. We use Kolsch yeast for the light, crisp and refreshing body while creating a complex malt bill that lends roasted coffee and dark chocolate flavors without leaving a chewy mouthfeel.
