Beer description
Oatmeal Raisin Cookie is first and foremost a delicious, decadent dopplebock. Brewed with dark roasted Munich malt, special W (brings some nice dried dark fruit notes to the beer), toasted & flaked oats, and a touch of molasses in the boil. We then finished the beer on delicate amounts of California grown raisins, cinnamon, and a touch of vanilla. At 7% ABV it’s a real nice warming fall lager but still dry and drinkable enough to crush
