Beer description

Cooked as kettle sour - using lactic acid bacteria. Primary fermentation with brewer's yeast with a low degree of fermentation. Secondary fermentation thanks to the addition of fresh cherries. Thanks to this procedure, you will find tones of wild fermentation in the taste and a slight tannin in the seeds.
