Beer description
Belgian "PALE ALE" type top and triple fermentation beer. Contains 5 different barley malts.
Soft and sweet attack with a dry finish letting us perceive the presence of alcohol.
Medium bitterness, just enough for balance.
Spicy flavours, honey and toasted cereals but also floral and fruit flavours. Golden colour. Fine mousse neck with a good holding power.
