OEC Foederfest

Foederfest is brewed using a traditional double decoction nash and hopped with German Spalt & Spalter select. After the boil it rests in their copper coolship for one hour. It is then transferred over their baudelot cooler and cold fermented. Finally, it is lagered in their oak foeders prior to release.
