Beer description
Ginciseaux ("Tschinsiso"), the unpronounceable, French-sounding beer. A light, refreshing lager with a slight hint of ginger, created by the addition of Zurich ginger pomace. Incidentally, the name is easier to pronounce if you know where the meaning comes from. The "Schär" (scissors) in "Tschinschär" (ginger) was simply replaced by the French "ciseaux".
