Oerlikon - Phantom

As a small brewery, producing a non-alcoholic beer is no easy task. Reverses osmosis or vacuum distillation to remove the alcohol from the beer is not really in the budget. That's why we use a special yeast for our Phantom that produces no more than 0.5% vol. The production without alcohol extraction ensures maximum flavor, and the strong selection of hops creates a beautiful balance.
