Tingly Szechuan is not quite as numbing as pure Szechuan pepper. However, it brings out the floral flavours of the pseudo pepper wonderfully. The fine flavours are supported by a light pineapple background. Slightly sour, amazingly fruity and flowery and tingly after a while.
