Beer description
My Sour Face was born out of a collaborative effort among brewers at O’Fallon. The goal was a light bodied, tart crushable Wheat beer with hints of mango and coriander. This beer is inoculated with a mango flavored culture in the brew kettle for 24 hours before moving to fermentation where it is finished with a clean American Ale yeast strain. This blended kettle sour has the perfect amount of tartness to be an everyday quaffer.
