Beer description

A characteristic feature of the Brut IPA beer style is a special method of mashing, by which we achieve deep fermentation, so-called dry, similar to sparkling wines, which creates perfect conditions for the aromatic rather than bitter properties of hops to stand out. The hop varieties Azacca and Nelson Sauvin we choose give the beer the taste and aroma of tropical fruits, citrus, angels and white wine.
